Henka (変化 Transformation) Cuff

This asymmetrical steel cuff serves as the backdrop for a palette of colors created by four bronze alloys fused to the surface using the artist’s signature Painting with Powdered Metals technique. Each band of fused bronze develops its own color and texture, while the jet-black steel provides a dramatic ground for the warm metallic tones. Two of the alloys evoke the look of precious metals—gold and silver—while the others introduce rich coppery hues, creating shifting highlights and strong contrast across the surface. The crisp asymmetrical form adds a sense of movement across the wrist, giving the cuff a sculptural presence while emphasizing the painterly qualities of the fused metals. Care Instructions

While the jewelry has been sealed for protection, it is possible (though unlikely) that steel can rust if exposed to moisture. Store the jewelry away from moisture and avoid submerging it in any liquids. Avoid contact with perfumes, sunscreens or lotions. Occasionally rub a small amount of light oil into the surface.
